Bootcamp Day 7
Well more weights. I like lifting weights. I feel powerful. Today we used two sets of weights, 5 and 8 lbs. I ended up using 8lbs most of the time. It was a crazy workout but pushed through. At the end we did a 1:40 plank. Killer!
