Bootcamp Day 6

So I was not feeling it. It could have been just tired from the crazy weekend or being lazy from being on vacation. 
We did arm work with weights. I used 8 lbs cuz my sister used my 5s. We also did more ab work. Seriously pushed myself. There was this one move that was killer. It was a push-up variation. So you went down, paused, lay on the floor, then push yourself up. Let's just say moddy push-ups didn't even help me.
