Bootcamp Day 4
Today we did sprints, high knees and grapevine shuffles as a warm up. There were a few girls that were late so we had to keep going. Then after we did jumping moves. It's super hard but it helps me build endurance.
I think it is going pretty well. I would totally go for an AM class but this one is only a month long.
