Bootcamp Day 3

We jogged around the block as a warmup. I believe we did 2 laps. The only thing was we had to stay in a line and pass this log overhead. Then we did workouts with tires. Guess who had the biggest tire. My shoulders and neck are kind of in a knot. It was a good workout although different from anything I've ever done.
