Bootcamp Day 2

I was super sore from the day before. We did insanity type exercises which at first I was doing good but by the end I couldn't move. It's 3 days later and my muscles still ache. The last thing we did was a minute plank. Really challenged myself to hold it. 
I couldn't run on Friday as I planned because I was so tired but got it in on Saturday. 
I go again tomorrow so let's see what is in store for us.
